Privacy Policy
Template — last reviewed on setup.
This policy explains, in plain language, what data FindDhandha works with and how it is handled. FindDhandha is a tool you run on your own machine to find businesses and build lead lists.
What data the app works with
When you run a search, FindDhandha gathers business information that is already public on Google Maps. This can include business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, review counts, categories, map coordinates and, if you turn that option on, email addresses crawled from the business websites.
Where your data lives
Searches run and results are processed locally on your own machine. FindDhandha does not create an account for you and does not collect your personal details, usage analytics or contact information. Files you export (CSV or JSON) are saved by your own browser to your device.
To keep searches within safe, responsible limits, the app keeps a small local count of how many searches you have run today (stored on your own machine, reset daily). This counter is only used to enforce the rate limits described in the Terms of Use and is not sent anywhere.
Third-party personal data in your results
Results and exports can contain personal data belonging to third parties — for example a business owner's phone number or email address. You are responsible for using this data lawfully.
- Collect and use only the data you actually need for a legitimate purpose.
- Respect data-protection rules that apply to you, such as the GDPR in Europe or the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act in India, including honouring opt-out and deletion requests.
- Follow anti-spam and marketing-consent rules before contacting anyone, and keep records of your lawful basis for outreach.
Cookies and tracking
FindDhandha itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The web font used for styling is loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your network request as part of serving that font.
