Terms of Use
Template — last reviewed on setup.
By using FindDhandha you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you run searches or export data.
What FindDhandha does
FindDhandha gathers business information that is publicly available on Google Maps and presents it so you can filter, select and export it. Automated collection of this data may be contrary to Google's Terms of Service. The tool is provided for your own use, and you decide whether and how to use it.
Provided “as is”
FindDhandha is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Results may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate, and availability is not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tool or the data it returns.
Your responsibilities
- Use FindDhandha and any exported data only for lawful purposes and in a responsible way.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including data-protection rules (such as the GDPR or India's DPDP Act) and anti-spam and marketing rules, before contacting anyone.
- Respect the terms of the underlying data sources, including Google's Terms of Service, and any rate limits or usage restrictions.
- You are solely responsible for how you store, share and act on the leads you export.
Responsible use and rate limits
FindDhandha is free to use, and to keep it that way it enforces a few built-in safety limits. These exist to protect you: aggressive or high-volume scraping can place load on third-party services, may breach their terms, and can get your network blocked. The limits help your usage stay well within what looks like normal, human activity and respect Google's Terms of Service.
- Cooldown between searches. After each search you start, there is a short wait (about 45 seconds) before the next one can begin, so requests are spaced out instead of bursting.
- Daily limit. There is a cap on how many searches you can run per day (about 25). It resets automatically at local midnight.
- One search at a time. Searches run one after another, never in parallel. If you start another while one is running, it simply waits in line.
- Result-depth cap. How deep each search looks is capped (at 5) so a single search cannot generate an excessive number of map requests.
You still should run searches at a reasonable pace and keep result depth modest; the limits above are safeguards, not a licence to scrape without regard for the data source's terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
